Amateur Night…

There are some nights of the year that you can refer to as, “Amateur Night”.  New Years Eve, St Patty’s Day, Cinco De Mayo, Mothers Day, Arbor Day, Flag Day, Christmas Eve, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and the night before Thanksgiving (I refuse to say “Thanksgiving Eve”) are the most typical ones.  These are nights where a lot of people, who do not normally go out to the bar… go out to the bar and get hammered. 

These people typically include your parents and mormons.  I have mixed feelings about these nights, because I do enjoy seeing some extra people in the bar, but they are all posers.  Where were you last Tuesday when Carl was screaming at some one on the phone or Monday when Dave completed the prefect “Bags” game.  You were sitting at home with your family, enjoying a “PG” movie.  You sicken me.

Well enjoy your day off, if you get one, and be sure to come back tomorrow because I think there is going to be a special Thanksgiving Day strip for you all to enjoy and if it’s not there… check back Friday.
